Risks

  • Areas where people gather are clearly identified.

 

  • Frequently touched objects such as doors, light switches, chairs have been identified.

 

  • Sound system, projectors and other related items needed for meetings have been identified.

Protocols

 

  • All provincial orders relevant to our club and current non-curling usage have been reviewed.  Information explaining symptoms are posted at outside entrances. This plan will be reviewed and updated as the club moves towards re-opening for curling.

 

  • Occupancy limits have been established and posted where required including common areas, meeting rooms and washrooms.

 

  • Information on cleaning and disinfecting have been reviewed and are available in the club.

 

  • There are sufficient hand washing locations.  Proper methods of hand washing are posted.

 

  • Cleaning plans for all common areas and surfaces have been implemented.

 

  • Cleaning personnel have adequate training and supplies. 

 

These measures are currently in place: Signage, separate entrance and exits clearly marked, seating arranged so social distancing is maintained, cleaning protocol on site, a local janitorial company will be used after larger events or if more than one area of the building was used for it.
